I was thankful for the opportunity to create hand-painted signs, and design promotional materials for a local business in 2019. The owner’s favourite colours and symbols were woven into the designs, including the 16 foot wide storefront sign. Buzzy’s Nifty Thrifty Place was a treasure of a thrift shop, with lots of love and support for local arts and music. They began with a designated busking spot, art gallery wall, free coffee and free hugs! The pandemic was a big challenge, and the shop adapted at every turn, with resilience and creativity. However in June 2022 we had to say farewell to this beautiful spot. Buzzy’s Place will be missed by many. We send best wishes for this family’s future endeavours.
